Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine  that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam  deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.
I know this is a no-duh for 90% of people reading it but for the sake of the rest lets revise what we all should know about online phishig. And before you go all:

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

Feature: Painting with light

Hello,

this weeks feature is all about light and the way of painting with it. Therefore I selected some pieces of beautiful pictures were light painting (others call it light graffiti) was used. I hope you'll like them.



shubat has a menagerie full of wild light creatures. Be carefull when you travel around in NY ;)




These dynamic light paintings can be found at the gallery of GuldorPhotography. He also used this style in some of his fashion photographs.




I seems that thelastseptember likes to play around with light, his gallery is full of interesting and inspiring light painting experiments. Have a look.




These are some pictures of BlackGryph0n, they're maybe no "real" light graffiti, but they're a very nice combination of science and art. Also his gallery contains some amazing shoots of lightings, if you want to take a look ...




Besides his nature photographs Naroth experimented with fire and long time exposure, check out the interesting results.
